Remote Amazon Account Manager

Smorgas Box are an Amazon Marketing agency who specialise in improving FMCG brands presence on Amazon. Our main clients are food & drink, vitamins & supplements, and pet products.

We are a small, but growing agency. You will be an integral part of our company! As our company grows, we want you to grow with us.

The majority of your role will be spent optimising client Amazon Seller Central accounts. This will include, but not limited to:

  • Taking ownership of client success.
  • Developing strong client relationships.
  • Developing A+ Content and Infographics Images. You will have access to as much graphic design resource as you need.
  • Brand Store development.
  • Producing audits for new clients.
  • Creating and producing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Navigating the Amazon Seller Central platform.
  • Troubleshooting.
  • Client calls.
  • General account management.
  • Strategising and continually improving client accounts.
  • Split testing.

This will be our first hire in this role, and we are looking for someone who can come in and make the role their own. You have freedom to develop new processes. We are strongly results driven.

You will need to be comfortable developing strategies for client accounts, and executing those strategies.

You will need strong knowledge of SEO, Amazon SEO, consumer behaviour, and digital marketing concepts.

Salary

£30k – £40k DOE (depending on experience)

Must Haves

Work Experience

  • Amazon Seller Central (2+ years)
  • Knowledge of FBA.
  • Excellent client relationship manager
  • Comfortable working to KPIs such as ROAS & ACOS.
  • At least 1 year working within an agency environment.
  • Comfortable with developing and producing weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Able to strategise and take ownership of client growth.
  • Able to handle many client accounts.
  • Familiarity developing and creating A+ Content and Brand Stores.
  • Product launching techniques.
